Eligibility
- This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through our website (https://ecodev.com.au/)
- Claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The guarantee only applies where the product has been used in accordance with the directions on the label.
- The guarantee covers situations where the product does not perform the cleaning function as described.
- Normal dissatisfaction with fragrance, personal preference, or misuse of the product does not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team at sales@ecodev.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to claim a refund for, and a brief description of why the product did not meet the described performance.
- In some cases, we may request:
- Photos or videos showing how the product was used, OR
- The return of the product (unused portion) for quality control purposes.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
The following are not covered by this guarantee:
- Change of mind or preference for another product.
- Incorrect use, dilution, or application outside of instructions provided.
- Purchases not made directly through our website or authorised distributors.
- Commercial misuse (e.g., using a household product in an industrial setting).

- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ecodev.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or Leaking Goods Policy
We take great care in packing and shipping our cleaning products. However, due to the nature of liquid goods, occasional leaks or damage may occur during transit.
Reporting a Damaged or Leaking Product
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any leakage or damage within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number,
- Photos of the product and packaging showing the leakage/damage, and
- A description of the issue.
Resolution Options
Once your claim is verified, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement – If the product has been significantly damaged or leaked, we may send a replacement item.
- Partial Refund – In cases where a smaller portion of the product has leaked (e.g., 1L lost from a 4L container), and the cost of freight to send a replacement exceeds the value of the leaked portion, we reserve the right to issue a refund equivalent to the lost product’s value instead of sending a replacement.
- This ensures you are fairly compensated while avoiding unnecessary freight costs and packaging waste.
Exclusions
- Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the product’s performance is not covered.
- Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible.
